Applications

Depending on individual fish consumption, take 2-3 capsules daily with sufficient liquid. Important note: A positive effect on heart function is achieved with a daily intake of 250 mg EPA + DHA (equivalent to 3 capsules). The recommended daily intake must not be exceeded. Food supplements should not be used as a substitute for a varied and balanced diet and a healthy lifestyle. Contains ingredients derived from crustaceans and may cause allergies or intolerances in sensitive individuals.
