We offer a 30-day free return service. If you need to return your products, please consider the following terms and conditions:
- Skincare and Supplement products may only be returned unopened and in their original packaging, due to hygiene and safety reasons.
- Products returned due to personal preference or for non-damage reasons may be eligible for a partial refund. In such cases, return shipping costs must be covered by the customer.
- Returns and exchanges will only be processed if the order is returned in saleable condition, in its original packaging, and in a sturdy return box (excluding faulty products).
- We reserve the right to refuse returns that show wear, tear, or damage caused by the customer.

Tips:
- Always ask for proof of postage at your post office when returning an order.
- Open your shipping package with great care to keep it in good condition if you need to make a return.

1: Check Eligibility
Skincare & supplement products must be unopened & in original packaging. Free returns must be in saleable condition with original packaging. Send pictures to customer services to check eligibility for free return
2: Send Your Return
Pack the items securely in a sturdy return box. Ship using a trackable service & keep proof of postage.
3: Get Your Refund
Send your refund request to email refund@wellviva.eu withy your Name, Address and Order number. Once received & inspected, refunds are processed within 14 days to your original payment method.

Did the products you ordered online not meet your expectations, or did you make a mistake in your selection? You can easily return them at Wellviva or send them back via DHL.

Exchanges are not possible, but you are very welcome to place a new order to get your hands on your favourite items!
Sometimes, there may be slight shipping delays. However, if you have not received your package 10 business days after dispatch and there is no delivery date visible in the tracking system, please contact us.
How quickly will I receive my money after a return?
After your return shipment has been delivered to us, we will repay the purchase amount as quickly as possible via your original payment method. It can take up to 14 days before your repayment is fully processed after receipt. If the purchase amount after this period has still not reached your account, we will be happy to help you further using your order number and shipping confirmation.
Gift card: if you have paid for your order with a gift card, we will return the purchase amount to that card. Be sure to hold onto your gift card for 30 days after placing your order. Did you pay with a gift card and another payment method? We will transfer the amount paid back to each payment method.
Post-payment: have you opted for post-payment? We will adjust the payment status after processing your return.

The corresponding payment details are sent separately by third-party payment provider (Paypal, ideal etc) via email.
