Identical Wellviva item (same size, flavour, pack) sold by an EU retailer based outside Germany. - Eligible competitors
Online or high-street stores in the EU: e.g. Etos, Kruidvat, Wells, Farmácias Portuesas, Mifarma, Efarma, Matas, Apoteket, City Pharma, etc - Proof required
Clear, dated photo or link showing the lower price including shipping & VAT - Exclusions
Flash sales under 24h, clearance / short-dated stock, loyalty-point redemptions, marketplace resellers, or obvious pricing errors. - Claim window
Submit within 30 days of your WELLVIVA purchase - Refund method
Difference refunded to your original payment card within 72 hours of approval. - Verification time
Approval or decline emailed within 1 business day. - Limit
One refund per product SKU per order. - Policy updates

Because things should be clear and transparent
Why exclude German stores?
We source directly from Germany, so local in-country prices may reflect unique VAT and logistics advantages that don’t apply elsewhere. Matching EU-wide prices keeps the guarantee fair and sustainable.
What counts as “total price”?
Product price plus any shipping and VAT the other shop charges to your address.
How fast is the refund?
We trigger it within 72 hours of approval; your bank may take 1–3 days to display it.
