Pour boiling water (approx. 150 ml) over one infusion bag of calming tea for one cup of tea and leave to infuse for about 10 minutes. Squeeze the infusion bag gently and remove. Unless otherwise prescribed, drink one or two freshly prepared cups of tea regularly in the morning and evening.
