Ingredients: calcium carbonate, L-ascorbic acid (vitamin C), thickener hydroxypropyl methylcellulose, bulking agent microcrystalline cellulose, magnesium oxide, DL-?-tocopheryl acetate (vitamin E), ginseng root extract, bulking agent hydroxypropyl cellulose, ferrous fumarate, cholecalciferol (vitamin D3), retinyl acetate (vitamin A), zinc oxide, coenzyme Q 10, riboflavin ( Vitamin B2), thiamine mononitrate (vitamin B1), sodium selenate, cyanocobalamin (vitamin B12), pteroylmonoglutamic acid (folic acid), D-biotin, glazing agent: hydroxypropyl methylcellulose, humectant glycerol, anti-caking agent: silicon dioxide, stearic acid, talc and magnesium salts of fatty acids.

Applications

Take one tablet each day in the morning (sun symbol) and in the evening (moon symbol) with sufficient liquid (e.g. 1/2 glass of water) with a meal. It is not advisable to consume other dietary supplements containing zinc. Not suitable for children and adolescents under 18 years of age. The product contains iron. Therefore, consult your doctor before taking it. Magnesium can have a laxative effect. In case of impaired kidney function, a doctor should be consulted before consumption. Avoid other sources of magnesium or foods fortified with magnesium. Do not exceed the recommended daily intake.
