Applications

Unless otherwise prescribed, the usual dose is: - to calm you down, take ½ teaspoonful (approx. 1.5 ml) 2 to 3 times a day; - for sleep disorders, take 1 teaspoonful (approx. 3 ml) of valerian drops diluted with a little water half an hour before going to bed. If not sufficiently effective for sleep disorders, 1 teaspoonful can also be taken before dinner.
