Applications

Take 1 capsule daily with liquid (e.g. 1/2 glass of water). Do not exceed the daily recommended intake. Food supplements should not be used as a substitute for a balanced and varied diet and a healthy lifestyle. The product is not suitable for pregnant women. This product contains 150 ?g of biotin per daily dose (1 capsule) If you are undergoing a laboratory test, you must tell your doctor or laboratory staff that you are taking or have recently taken biotin, as biotin may affect the results of such tests.
